Hmm. Well, the guy in question was also American. I guess that wouldn’t have fit with the racist laugh you were going for, though.
BTW: most of the call centres you’re referring to are in India, not Pakistan.

Yeah it’s hardly funny. But saying something that I couldn’t quite get funny sometimes helps me make something better next time.
Is it a racist laugh? I don’t think so. It does play on a negative stereotype but there’s no hatred behind it.
